Please complete the following application to enter as a candidate for Colleen or Maid for the 2026 Waveland Civic Association’s St. Patrick’s Festivities. Colleen candidates must be a female student in the Junior Class of High School.  Colleen must be a relative of a member of the Waveland Civic Association in good standing; or sponsored by three (3) members of the Association in good standing. Maids must be a female student Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior in High School
